A lone woman with a metal hand rides through an endless red desert. She pulls her wrappings aside. The metal has now worked its way up to her elbow. It's getting worse, as are the visions, and the voices. It must just be this desert. If she can make it through the desert, everything will be okay...

A teenage boy is tied to a tree at the center of town. They say he must die for what he is and what he's done. They used to be his friends, his neighbors, his family, but now they look like strangers. He doesn't want to die, but the only way to escape is to unleash the beast, and he swore he'd never do that again...

The first mate spots a mysterious structure on the horizon. According to the charts, there shouldn't be anything here. Is that some sort of fort of castle? It's enormous. And that architecture, it doesn't make any sense...

Oracle is an RPG that begins in the middle. Draw cards from the Deck of Icons, construct an initial situation, give your character a mysterious hook, and start the story. You don't have to know what any of it means yet, because we will build a character and the world they inhabit collaboratively as the story unfolds. Inspired by the enigmatic storytelling style of Neil Gaiman's "Sandman," Steven King's "The Gunslinger," and Team Ico's "Ico" and "Shadow of the Colossus," Oracle is a fantasy RPG for small groups of people who don't like to plan, but love to imagine. Supports 1 GM and 1-3 players.
